This is Hawke AI Inc.’s (“Hawke AI”) privacy policy. This document explains Hawke AI’s policies for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information. Hawke AI abides by applicable privacy legislation. Hawke AI provides a suite of online marketing, digital media management tools and development platforms. Hawke AI’s service may have access to personal information collected by analytics tools used by its customers, but Hawke AI does not use or save such personal information.

The Information we collect

Hawke AI collects personal information primarily by information actively provided by its customers, such as contact information, and information disclosed during support calls. Hawke AI uses a third party payment processor and does not itself collect or retain payment details such as credit card numbers. Hawke AI uses cookies to facilitate Customer access to our services, and to track how Customers use our services so we can improve them.

How we use this information

This information is used to provide our services.
Hawke AI may use aggregate or anonymous information which will not be linked to identified individuals for various other uses for itself and third parties.

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Platform Data

When you connect your Meta advertising accounts to Hawke AI, we access and process data from Meta’s Marketing API, including advertising account information, campaign performance metrics, and audience insights. This data is used solely to provide you with marketing analytics and performance reporting through our platform.

Hawke AI’s use of Meta platform data complies with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. When you disconnect your Meta accounts or request data deletion, we will delete all associated Meta platform data within 30 days.

To disconnect your Meta accounts, you can either remove Hawke AI from your Facebook Settings (Settings > Apps and Websites > Hawke AI > Remove) or contact our Privacy Officer at access@hawke.ai.

Google API Services

Hawke AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements

Who we share this information with

Hawke AI does not share personal information with any third parties except as disclosed in this policy. Hawke AI may provide your personal information to Hawke AI contracted suppliers and service providers who assist Hawke AI with activities including, but not limited to client contact, archival, auditing, accounting, legal, business consulting, banking, delivery, data processing, automated communications, website or technology services. Hawke AI’s agreements with them protect the information that we collect from any use by them that we have not authorised. Contracted suppliers may contact you with information about your account, special promotions and offers of their products and services. Aggregated data may be shared with third parties such as business partners or prospective contracted suppliers.

Some of the third parties described above may be located internationally. Customers acknowledge that while these parties will often be subject to other confidentiality or privacy obligations, they may not in all cases be subject to the specific requirements of the customer’s jurisdiction.

Security

Personal information is protected by security measures appropriate to the nature of the information.

Accessing information

Individuals may review their personal information contained in Hawke AI files by contacting the Hawke AI privacy officer (access@hawke.ai). If an individual believes that any of their personal information is inaccurate, we will make appropriate corrections.

Data Retention

Unless the terms and conditions of purchasing included hawke.ai requiring to provide lifetime access to you, personal information is stored for three years from the last login date of a user. Once the three year inactive period has been reached, the personal information is deleted.

Requesting Data Deletion

Individuals have the right to request the deletion of their data from Hawke AI.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Through the Website

Click the Support button in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Click Send us a message.

Type a message such as: “I’d like my data to be deleted” or similar.

We’ll reply to confirm your request and proceed with the deletion.

Option 2: Via Email

You can request the deletion of your data by contacting the Hawke AI privacy officer (access@hawke.ai). Please include the email associated with your account so we can locate your data. We’ll reply with a confirmation.

General

Hawke AI may amend this policy from time to time by posting an updated version on our website. If such amendments affect how Hawke AI uses or discloses personal information already held by Hawke AI in a material way, Hawke AI will obtain consent.

This policy was last updated on January 25, 2026.

Notwithstanding the general terms of this policy, the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information may be made outside of the terms herein to the extent provided for in any applicable privacy or other legislation in effect from time to time, or pursuant to court orders.
