Billing Setup

If you need help navigating the Hawke AI, please do not hesitate to contact the Hawke AI team for support.

 

Please note, in order to edit billing information you will need to be logged in to the super-admin account.

 

  1. From your Hawke AI dashboard, select your account in the far right corner of your profile and click on the “Platform Settings” option.
  2. Once you’re in the “Platform Settings” area, you’ll click on the “Plans & Billing” tab. Under “Billing Details”, you’ll click on “Edit Payment Method” which will open up a pop up on the right-hand side of your screen.
  1. If you want to change your plan please reach out to the Hawke AI team either via the in app chat or via support@hawke.ai
  2. You can also select who will receive invoice email by adding in their email address into the “Billing Email” section.
  3. Once your subscription has started and your credit card is charged, you will be able to see your invoices in your account by going to the “Account Settings” area and clicking on “Invoices”.

Clicking “View Details” will bring up a new window that will show you the details of the transaction and also give you the ability to download both the invoice and the receipt for the transaction.

FAQ

 

Q: Why can’t I find the billing information section?

A: You will need to be logged in to the super-user account (the account that first set up Hawke AI) in order to access billing information.

Q: How do I swap my super-user to a different email address?

A: You can either email us via support@hawke.ai or you can drop us a message in the in-app chat letting us know the email address of the existing user and the address of the user you’d like to be the super-user going forward.

Q: How do I change my plan?

A: While there are native plan options within the billing view we always recommend reaching out to support (either via email or via the in-app chat) in order to change plans. That is to ensure that you don’t lose access to any data or to any features you wanted to keep using.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: Please reach out to us via support@hawke.ai or via the in-app chat to arrange any cancellations.
