Iterable

Follow these simple steps to integrate Iterable with the HawkeAI platform and start optimizing your marketing data:

Step 1: Set Up Your Hawke.AI Profile

1. Log in to your HawkeAI account.
2. If this is your first time using HawkeAI, follow the on-screen prompts to set up your profile.

Fill in the required details and finalize your account setup.

Step 2: Create your Account

1. In your HawkeAI Dashboard, click the “Add Account” button.

Step 3: Set Up Iterable Integration

1. After adding your account, find your new account name in the dashboard.
2. Click on “Integrations” the “+” (plus sign) to add a new integration.
3. Select the Iterable integration icon from the list of available integrations.

Step 4: Enter Your Iterable Integration name and API Credentials

1. Enter an integration name for easy reference.
2. Input your Iterable Project API Key.
   • To get Iterable Project API Key:
     • Login to https://iterable.com/
     • Select a project
     • Select Integrations on the header menu
     • Select API Keys
     • Add a new key. It should be a Server-side key.
       
3. Select your project timezone. Ensure it matches the timezone configured in your Iterable project.

Step 5: Connect Your Iterable Campaigns

1. Select all the Iterable campaigns you want to connect.
2. Use the Regex campaign selection feature to filter specific campaigns if needed.
3. Once you’ve selected your campaigns, click Save to complete the connection.

Step 6: Save and Complete Integration

1. After entering the details, click “Save”.
2. Presto! You’re done!

Troubleshooting

1. Make sure your API key is accurate.  If it is not, the dashboard will not populate with your Iterable data.
